Goal: To provide housing rehab services to governmental agencies, insurance companies, housing providers or other private sector organizations on a fee-for-service basis. 

Note: This is the Adapt-A-Home® program offered to agencies or companies needing to provide housing rehabilitation services to their clientele.

• On-Site Assessment.
• Write up of the scope of work.
• Solicitation of competitive bids from licensed, bonded, insured building contractors.
• Project management from intake to completion .
• Problem resolution during construction, if needed.
• Payment to contractor held until Certificate of Completion signed.

What is Available?

• Home modifications for client accessibility due to physical disability.
• Home modifications for health and safety for frail elderly or children with developmental or sensory conditions.
• Critical home repair to correct a defect or dangerous condition affecting the health and/or safety of the occupants.
