Owner's permission and release: When modifications are to be made to rental properties, UCI works with the property owner throughout the process. Additionally, UCI encourages owners to list modified units on www.housingconnections.org.
Oversight: UCI remains in direct communication with clients and contractors throughout the construction process to answer questions, resolve conflicts, and facilitate a successful housing rehab project for all concerned.
Inspection, Completion and Payment: UCI staff inspects the job to ensure compliance and satisfaction; contractors are paid upon final approval by UCI. Each client receives a satisfaction questionnaire for feedback and quality control.
